Visited Dr. Pallavi Thapliyal (Sports and Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist)
I recently had the privilege of receiving physiotherapy care from Pallavi Thapliyal, and I can confidently say that her expertise and dedication have made a significant impact on my recovery journey. From the moment I walked into her clinic, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism, setting the tone for a remarkable therapeutic experience.
Pallavi's deep understanding of physiotherapy became evident during the initial assessment. She took the time to listen attentively to my concerns and thoroughly evaluate my condition. Her comprehensive knowledge of various techniques and treatment approaches was impressive, and she was able to explain complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner. This not only reassured me but also instilled a sense of trust in her abilities.
What truly sets Pallavi apart is her personalized approach to treatment. She tailored a holistic plan that targeted my specific needs and goals. Throughout the sessions, she demonstrated a perfect balance between pushing me to achieve progress and respecting my limits. Her hands-on techniques were precise and effective, providing relief from pain and promoting healing.
One aspect that I greatly appreciated was Pallavi's emphasis on patient education. She didn't just focus on the in-clinic sessions; she empowered me with exercises and self-care strategies that I could incorporate into my daily routine. This proactive approach not only expedited my recovery but also equipped me with the tools to maintain a healthier lifestyle in the long run.
Pallavi's passion for her work shines through in every interaction. Her genuine concern for her patients' well-being fosters a positive and motivating environment. Visited Dr. Ritika Srivastava (Physiotherapist)
Note:Â This doctor is no longer practicing at
I had been suffering from back pain for the past 2 years and had visited several orthopedic and neuro doctors, all of whom recommended surgery. Then, about 4 months ago, my colleague suggested I should visit the Center of Movement Medicine. I consulted with Dr. Ritika Srivastava, who provided me with regular sessions and explained my condition in detail. She advised a conservative treatment approach. It's been 2 months now, and I can confidently say that my condition has greatly improved. I can now perform most of my daily routine activities without pain. I'm grateful to Dr. Ritika and the entire team at the Center of Movement Medicine for their help.

I had a Lateral Meniscus injury on my right leg during a football game because of which I suffered for multiple months. I lost all of my strength and balance. I was not able to run, I could barely walk and stairs were my new enemy.
At COMM, Dr. Aditya Vats was in charge of my therapy sessions. He made sure that I stay consistent with my strength and balance training, pushing me at each and every turn, keeping me always slightly out of my comfort zone so that my progress does not stagnate ever.
Other than that he is nice and has a lot of patience when comes to explaining things that are not easy for a layman to understand.
He alternates exercises on the basis of the comfort of his patient and yet those exercises will affect the same.
Very direct towards the questions as well.
I have seen incredible progress in my recovery in the first three months.
Amazing!!!

*** ****** ** *** ** *** **** **************** *** ****** ********** I was a bit sceptical as to undergoing rehabilitation for my ACL virtually, however all me fears were taken care by Dr. Ritika by the construction of the programme and her attention to detail while having a wonderful friendly nature. It never felt I was doing a virtual physiotherapy session and I couldn't have been more grateful for consulting with Dr. Ritika. To all the folks out there fearful of taking a virtual session with her, just do one session and I don't think you'll regret.
P.S. - Special shoutout to her entire team who are very friendly and made the entire process smooth without any hiccups.
